The family will receive friends at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 5792 Greenwich Rd. on Thursday from 7:00pm until 8:30pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday at Virginia Beach Free Will Baptist Church at 11:00am with burial to follow at A.G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
